This unit is used for quick concrete surface readings to determine moisture content. The scale of 0 to 7.0 is used to determine low to high readings. Readings above 4.5 are considered excessive. (no comparison chart for converting to calcium chloride or in-situ relative humidity readings)

Additional Information

Used to determine the moisture content of the concrete surface prior to installing floor coverings as recommended in ASTM E1907
